We work predominantly across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, but are always looking for suitable properties in other key locations.

We offer Landlords guaranteed rent on long-term lets from 3-5 years. We take on all the stresses of managing and maintaining your property to the highest standards, so you don’t have to. If your property requires any minor cosmetic refurbishment, we can arrange for this to be completed as part of our agreement – We are also happy to discuss and agree purchase options at the end of the contract term for owners looking to sell.
